There is a hidden untapped power lying within you. You don’t lack motivation or will power to be consistent.
and requires some time to charge you up again. It’s not the real tool behind consistency. You need to learn how to use the hidden power of the Imperfectionist you.
...Because
I was once in the same place as you are
I used to believe that I could be perfectly regular like all the consistent people out there. I was wrong for so many years. Imperfections used to make me uncomfortable.
I would...
BUT, the problem was I could do all of this for the INITIAL 2-3 DAYS ONLY.
Then the imperfections would creep in and I would leave all of my goals all together and wait to START AGAIN PROPERLY. I could not become consistent in anything I decide. I blamed myself day in and day out.
One day, a friend casually mentioned the term "perfectionism" in front of me. After researching it, I discovered that I was exactly what is known as a Maladaptive Perfectionist. Working on this issue allowed me to find the answers to the questions I had been asking myself about consistency since childhood.
Fast forward a few years, and I achieved an All India Rank of 42 in SSC CGL, became an Income Tax Inspector, and found consistency in every pursuit of my life, whether it was practicing meditation, working out, or learning new skills. Additionally, I founded The Thinking Machines, an online community of people who believe in making deep changes. While working a full-time government job (which are hectic nowadays, by the way), we generated more than 85 Lakhs in revenue in the last year alone.
All of this became possible because my friend casually mentioned the term "perfectionism" to me, and I worked to overcome it.
Learn to unleash the power of your inner Imperfectionist! I look forward to seeing you there.
