Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

7-day free trial on the Monthly plan, cancel any time during the trial without charge, ₹199/month after.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Future renewals will be stopped immediately.

3. Refund Policy

Because we provide instant access to digital content, live sessions, and community resources, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental payment for the same plan.
• Technical issues from our side that prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period and remain unresolved.
• Charges made due to unauthorised access to your payment method, supported by appropriate proof.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@thethinkingmachines.in within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
