1. Use of the Service

The Service provides mind training programs, live sessions, community access, and related digital content for UPSC and other competitive exam aspirants. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are offered either as one-time memberships or as recurring subscriptions billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, as listed on our memberships page.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, courses, training material, branding, and software, is the property of The Thinking Machines and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the community, post harmful or offensive content, share account access, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform. Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
